Well I love minimalist art, and meaningful abstract works that covey the subject in a bold and mostly obvious way, and yet allow the viewer to visualize the minor omissions.
Here we have the joker from the Batman franchise, from the original series by the look of the smile, it doesn't look like the Jack Nicholson reboot, definitely not the more out there Heath Ledger personification.
We have the signature Joker purple jacket that flows into the background, and the almost obscene green shirt and hair that screams insanity.
And then to truly tip you over the edge the white smile and red, almost circus clown lips.
Instantly recognizable to anyone who hasn't been in a cave for the last 40 or so years, the complete imagery is given a mottled look to add that touch of texture.
Once again another piece of work I would love to have in my games or media room.
A piece that is iconic created artistically in a fashion that is timeless and sure to be notices and start a conversation.
Since I really like Minimalist art style and you doing a great job already, I'll just add the following: That the smile looks sorta weird may be the lack of hint to him having his teeth closed, since that's how he smiles.
This way is looks kinda like his mouth is open. So if you find a way add that it's seeable that his teeth are closed without betraying the art style should get the effect you want.
If you want to improve on it, my only real suggestion would be to round the ends of the smile, rather than having them tapered to points: keep the ends the same size but rounded, and move the ends a teensy bit further down.
